The Minnesota Lakes and Rivers Advocates’ first ever VIRTUAL Summit is an online learning experience that provides professional education to those unable to attend in person. Held on both days, Feb. 28 – Mar. 1, 2018, this virtual event will offer two days of sessions streamed to your computer. You may choose from two tracks in each Breakout Session. There is something for everyone! The event will be held online so that virtual attendees can participate from anywhere they have access to a computer and the internet.

Refund Policy for Virtual Registrations
Full refunds are given only if a written cancellation request is received by Feb. 1, 2018.
A 50-percent refund is given if written notice is received between Feb. 2 – 26, 2018.
Individuals who do not give a written notice to MLR prior to Feb. 27, 2018 will not receive a refund.

Retired WCCO news anchor Don Shelby, will address the impacts of changing weather patterns on AIS spread. The panel discussion following, moderated by Mr. Shelby, will include nationally recognized experts who will explore the many forces impacting our lakes, including declining fisheries, AIS, warmer weather, changing hydrology and increasing nutrient loading, and how these forces are inter-related.
